Terms

There is no contract to sign and no paperwork to chase. These are the terms, and they are the same ones quoted by text before any work starts.

The build

• $750 to $2,500, one time. The exact number is quoted by text before any work begins, and it does not move after that unless you ask for something outside what was quoted.
• Half up front, half when the site goes live. Most builds take two to three weeks from the day the photos and the service list arrive.
• The slow part is usually content. A build waiting on photos for more than 60 days gets paused, and picks up where it left off whenever you are ready.

The $500 a month

• Covers hosting, SEO, AEO, monitoring, and unlimited minor changes.
• A minor change is prices, hours, phone numbers, photos, staff, offers, text on any page, or a new service block. Text it and it is live within 4 hours on a working day.
• A brand-new page or a new feature is not a minor change. Those get quoted first, and nothing is built before you say yes to the number.
• Billing starts the day the site goes live, monthly from there.

Cancelling

Month to month. Text that you are done and the next month is not billed. No cancellation fee, no exit call, no 30-day letter. The month already paid runs out its term.

Who owns what

You do. Your domain, your content, your photos, your code. Ask and the files and the hosting are handed over the same week, whether you are staying or leaving. Building it does not create a claim on it.

The one thing you have to own is the content you supply. Sending photos, logos, or copy means confirming you have the right to use them.

What is not promised

• No specific ranking, call volume, or revenue. Anyone promising you a number does not know your market.
• Hosting aims for the uptime the platform provides and is not guaranteed against outages upstream.
• The 4-hour window covers working days. A text at 11pm Saturday gets answered, but the clock starts Monday.
• Liability is capped at what you paid in the last 30 days. That is the honest limit for a one-person shop.

Capacity

Five builds a month. If the month is full, you get told that instead of being strung along.
