Tell us about the business first.

Seven questions, about two minutes, no card. Then we show you what we would build from your answers, and only then the price: $1,000 for the build and the first 3 months. No discovery call, no proposal, no deposit-then-quote.

We take 5 builds a month. When the month is full you get told, not queued.

What $1,000 buys

  • A custom-coded site, not a template

Written and built for your trade and your towns. Not a theme with your logo dropped in, and not a page you have to maintain in a builder afterwards.

  • Copy written from a conversation with you

One phone call about what you actually do, what you charge and what you turn down. That call is the page — it is the part nobody can generate.

  • Three months of SEO for the towns you sell into

Targeted where your buyers are. Not a national keyword report, and not forty near-identical city pages, which is now a liability rather than a tactic.

  • Three months of AEO — getting named when someone asks AI

Structured so ChatGPT, Gemini and AI Mode can read your prices, service area and hours without guessing. Measured with aivisibilitymetrics.com, a tool we built.

  • Unlimited edits by text for those three months

Every one live within 4 hours on a business day. No ticket, no call, no portal login you will forget.

  • Hosting, SSL, backups and uptime monitoring

If it goes down at 2 AM, we find out before you do. Included for the three months like everything else.

What this covers, and what needs a quote

$1,000 buys a marketing site. Pages are included; anything that takes a payment, logs someone in, remembers a visitor or works out an answer needs a quote. Worth reading before you spend two minutes on the questions below.

In the price

  • A page for every service you sell
  • A page for every market you serve
  • About, contact, and a gallery of your own work
  • Your Google reviews on the page, live
  • A lead form and click-to-call, built for a thumb
  • Blog set up and ready, if you want one
  • Schema, sitemap, and the AI-search structure

Quoted separately

An online store
Products, a cart, checkout, shipping — anything that takes a payment.
Booking or scheduling
Real availability, calendars, deposits. A contact form that asks for a preferred date is included; a system that holds a slot is not.
Customer logins
Accounts, portals, dashboards, anything behind a password.
Instant quoting or calculators
A tool that prices a job from what someone types in. It is arithmetic, but it is your pricing logic, and getting it wrong quotes a job you cannot do.
Software you already run
Wiring the site into a CRM, a field-service app, or a dispatch system.
Anything with a database behind it
If it remembers something about a visitor, it is a build, not a page.
One of these? Text us and we'll price it.

Seven questions, about two minutes

No card, no email yet. Answer these and the next screen shows you what we would build, in your own words.

List them, do not describe a radius. Each one can become a page that ranks; 'the greater metro area' becomes nothing. Put the towns you most want work in at the top. Fifteen names is not too many.

One per line. Use the words you would say to a customer, not the ones on your supplier's invoice. Include the small stuff — the little jobs are often what somebody searches at 11pm, and they turn into the big ones.

The site cannot push everything equally. Whatever you name here gets its own page, better photos and top billing in the nav. Pick by profit, not by volume.

A range is fine. This sets the whole tone — a $400 average and a $14,000 average are two different websites, two different photo choices and two different ways of talking about price.

Include it even if you are embarrassed by it. There may be reviews, photos or rankings on it worth carrying over, and we need to redirect the old pages so you do not lose what it has.

No site yet? Leave it blank — that is often the reason people are here.

The hardest and most valuable question on this form. Master licensed, third generation, only certified installer in the county, forty years without a callback, you answer your own phone. Take a minute on this one — it usually becomes the headline.
