You are good at the work. The website is the part nobody ever sorted out
Every home service business has the same story about its site. Somebody built it once, it was fine, and then it sat there while the business changed around it. Meanwhile the companies above you in the results are not better plumbers. They are just easier to find.
This is a custom site written for your trade and your towns, live in about two weeks, with the first 3 months of search and AI-search work included while it settles in.

Offer live since 2026-08-19 · the price on this page is the price
Any of this sound familiar
Four situations. Recognise two and this is built for you
- Your website was built once and never touched againMaybe a nephew built it, maybe an agency did in 2019. Changing a price means emailing someone who takes a week, so you stopped asking and the site slowly stopped matching the business.
- The site came free with software you already pay forIt lives inside your field-service platform, it looks like every other one, and if you ever leave that platform the site goes with it. You do not own the thing your customers judge you by.
- You get found for your name, and nothing elsePeople who already know you can find you. People searching for the work cannot, and the three companies above you in the results are not better at the job — they are better at being findable.
- You have no idea what AI says about youA growing number of customers now ask ChatGPT or Google's AI who to call before they search anything. If your prices, hours and service area are not readable on a page, you are not in that answer.
None of it familiar? Then your site is probably fine and you should keep your money. That happens, and being told so is worth more than being sold to.
What you get
Six things, all of them done by the person who answers the phone
- A custom-coded site, not a templateWritten and built for your trade and your towns. Not a theme with your logo dropped in, and not a page you have to maintain in a builder afterwards.
- Copy written from a conversation with youOne phone call about what you actually do, what you charge and what you turn down. That call is the page — it is the part nobody can generate.
- Three months of SEO for the towns you sell intoTargeted where your buyers are. Not a national keyword report, and not forty near-identical city pages, which is now a liability rather than a tactic.
- Three months of AEO — getting named when someone asks AIStructured so ChatGPT, Gemini and AI Mode can read your prices, service area and hours without guessing. Measured with aivisibilitymetrics.com, a tool we built.
- Unlimited edits by text for those three monthsEvery one live within 4 hours on a business day. No ticket, no call, no portal login you will forget.
- Hosting, SSL, backups and uptime monitoringIf it goes down at 2 AM, we find out before you do. Included for the three months like everything else.
What it does not include
The four things people assume are in it
Finding this out in month two is how a good deal turns into a bad one, so it is on the same page as the price.
- Running your paid adsGoogle or Meta ad management is a different job with a different budget. Happy to say who is good at it; it is not in this.
- Logo and brand designThe site is built around the branding you have. If you do not have any, that is a real conversation and it costs extra.
- Booking systems, payments or a customer portalThe site links to whatever you already use. Building one is a software project, not a website.
- A page for every town within ninety milesDeliberately not offered. Bulk city pages are the pattern Google's spam updates now catch, and selling you a liability is not a discount.
On that last one: here is what Google's spam updates now do to bulk city pages, which is why they are not on the list.
What it costs
$1,000 once. Everything above, live in about two weeks.
One payment. It covers the build and the first 3 months of SEO and AEO, which start the day the site goes live rather than the day you pay.
After that it is $500/month, cancel any month, no notice and no exit fee. If you stop, the site is still yours — it moves to your own hosting and the files are handed over.
The same three months, priced both ways
| Standard pricing | This offer | |
|---|---|---|
| The build | from $750 | $1,000 once |
| First 3 months | $500 × 3 = $1,500 | |
| Total to be live and worked on for 3 months | from $2,250 | $1,000 |
| Month 4 onward | $500/month | $500/month |
That is $1,250 less, measured against the cheapest standard build rather than the middle of the range, so the saving cannot be accused of being inflated by the anchor. Month four is the same price either way — the offer is a better start, not a different product.
The limit
Five builds a month. That is the cap, and it is the same cap that applies without the offer — it is how many one builder can do properly.
There is no countdown on this page and no “3 spots left” that resets when you reload. When a month is full you get told the next open date. If that is a problem, the honest answer is to go with somebody with more capacity.
Who it is for
Home service businesses where one customer is worth four figures
The qualifier is the value of a job, not the trade name. If one customer is worth a few thousand dollars, the website is a salesman and it is worth building properly. If a job is worth forty dollars, it is not, and this would be a bad purchase.

Questions
The five that decide it
What happens after the 3 months?
It moves to the standard $500/month, and you can cancel any month with no notice and no exit fee. If you stop, the site is still yours — it moves to your own hosting account and the files are handed over. Nothing gets shut off or held hostage.
Is the site actually mine, or am I renting it?
Yours. It is custom code, not a page locked inside a builder or a field-service platform, so it can be handed over and hosted anywhere. That is the whole difference between this and a website that comes bundled with software you are already paying for.
Why is this $1,000 when the normal price is higher?
Because home services is the work this studio is built for and it wants more of it. The standard build starts at $750 and the monthly is $500, so the same first three months start at $2,250. The offer is a real $1,250 less, and it is limited by the same thing everything else is: five builds a month is what one person can do properly.
How long until it is live?
About two weeks from the call, assuming photos and basic details come back. The three months of SEO and AEO start when the site goes live, not when you pay.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. The $1,000 is one payment for the build and the first 3 months. After that it is month to month, cancel any month.
Claim it
Pay, fill in one form, and it's booked.
No call, no proposal, no wait for someone to get back to you. If this month is full you will be told that at checkout instead of being strung along.
