Privacy

This site is run by one person. This page says exactly what happens to your information, in the same plain language as the rest of the site.

What gets collected

• If you text or call (831) 316-4089, your phone number and whatever you send sit in that message thread.
• If you email nick@juicedwebsites.com, your email address and message sit in that inbox.
• If you use the desktop fallback form, it sends your phone number and your trade. Nothing else is asked for and nothing else is stored.
• Web server logs record the usual request data — IP address, page requested, timestamp, browser — which is how the form's abuse limit works.

Analytics

This site counts page views and taps on the text, call and email links, using PostHog. It runs without cookies, so nothing is stored on your device and you are not followed between visits or across other sites. Session recording is switched off, which means no replay of your mouse, scrolling or typing is ever captured.

Advertising

This site also runs the Meta pixel, which records the same two things — page views, and taps on the text, call and email links — and reports them to Meta so ads can be measured and shown to people like you. It sets a cookie on your device and Meta can match the visit to your Facebook or Instagram account. You can switch that matching off in Meta's own ad settings, and a browser set to block third-party cookies or tracking blocks it here.

What does not happen

• No session recorder.
• Your information is never sold, rented, or traded.
• No newsletter, and no marketing texts you did not start.

Who sees it

Nick, and the vendors that carry the message: Vercel hosts the site, Google carries the email, PostHog counts the page views, Meta measures the ads, and form submissions ping a private Telegram chat so a lead is not missed. Each one sees only what it needs to do its part.

How long it is kept

Message threads and email are kept for as long as there is a reason to — a quote in progress, an active client, a tax record. Server logs roll off on the host's own schedule, which is days, not years.

Your call

For paying clients, this covers only juicedwebsites.com. The site built for you has its own privacy policy, written for your business and your customers, and you own it along with the rest of the site.

Kids

This is a business-to-business service. It is not directed at anyone under 13 and no information is knowingly collected from them.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. There is no version where that date is stale.
